The Last Drop 1976

A 1976 vintage Jamaican rum from bottler The Last Drop, matured in ex-bourbon barrels in Jamaica, before being transported to Liverpool for a longer, cooler maturation. Funky aromas of overripe apple, pears, caramelised pineapple and mango fill the nose, complemented by notes of allspice, nutmeg, burnt caramel, tobacco and barbecued fruit with hints of smoke throughout the palate.
